THE BRAND RESET.

When your business has outgrown its brand.

You’ve grown. Your offer has evolved. Your customers have changed. Maybe you’ve raised your prices, opened somewhere new, added new services or simply become a much better business than you were when you first created your brand.

But your branding is still telling the old story.

The old logo. The old colours. The same website. The same social templates you’ve been using for years.

Meanwhile, the business itself has moved on.

You’re a better business than your branding suggests.

Brand Reset brings the two back together.

We’ll work out what’s changed, what makes you worth choosing and what you want to be known for. Then we’ll turn that thinking into a brand that looks, sounds and feels like the business you’ve become.

A relaxed 30-minute conversation to look at where your business is now, what’s not quite working and whether a Brand Reset is the right next step.

Most businesses don't need a new logo.

They need to work out what the logo needs to say.

A new logo can make things look different.

It can’t make your business clearer.

If people don’t understand what makes you different, who you’re for or why they should choose you, beautiful design won’t solve the problem.

That’s why we don’t start with fonts and colour palettes.

We start with your business.

What’s changed? Who are you trying to attract? What makes you different? What do you want to be known for? What needs to change so the brand starts pulling its weight?

Once that’s clear, the creative becomes much easier.

Good branding isn’t decoration. It’s a reason to choose you.

Is a Brand Reset right for you?

Brand Reset is for established independent businesses that have outgrown the brand they started with.

You might recognise yourself here:

  • Your business has evolved, but your branding hasn’t.

  • You’re doing better work but your brand doesn’t show it.

  • You’ve started attracting customers who aren’t quite the right fit.

  • You’ve raised your prices but don’t look like a business worth paying more for.

  • Your website, social media and printed stuff feel like they’re coming from different businesses.

  • You’re ready to put more effort into marketing, but the foundations aren’t quite there.

  • You keep second-guessing what to say, what to post or how the business should look.

  • You’re proud of what you’ve built, but not quite as proud of how it presents itself.

You don’t need to know exactly what’s wrong.

You just need to know something isn’t quite right.

How we'll reset your brand:

WEEK 1:

1. Understand

Let’s work out what’s changed.

We’ll look at the business you’ve built, where you’re heading, who you want more of and what’s getting in the way.

We’ll look at your customers, competitors and the things that make your business genuinely different.

Often, the best opportunities are already there. They just haven’t been made obvious yet.

WEEK 1-2:

2. Clarify

Work out what you want to be known for.

We’ll turn everything we’ve learned into a clear direction for the brand.

What makes you different? Why should people choose you? What should you be saying? How should the business sound?

This gives us something useful to build from, rather than designing by instinct and hoping it works.

WEEK 2-3:

3. Create

Make it look the part.

Now we turn the thinking into a distinctive visual identity.

Logo, typography, colour, imagery, graphics and all the other bits that make the brand recognisable.

Not decoration for decoration’s sake.

Everything has a job to do, and everything works together.

WEEK 4:

4. Equip

Give yourself everything you need to use it.

A new brand is only useful if you can actually use it.

We’ll create the core assets and guidelines you need to put the brand to work across the places your customers find you.

Website. Social. Print. Signage. Packaging. Whatever makes sense for your business.

You’ll know what goes where, how it should look and how to keep things feeling like you.

What you'll leave with

Not just a folder full of shiny design files.

You’ll leave with:

  • A clearer direction: You’ll know what makes you different, who you’re trying to attract and what you want to be known for.

  • Something worth saying: Clear messaging that helps people understand what you do and why they should care.

  • A brand that looks the part: A distinctive visual identity that reflects the business you’ve become.

  • The tools to use it: A practical set of brand assets ready for digital, social, print and wherever else your business shows up.

  • Less second-guessing: You’ll have a clear foundation for future marketing decisions instead of reinventing the brand every time you need to make something.

Most importantly, your brand will finally feel like yours again.

Brand Reset in action:

London Cavaliers Basketball Club

The London Cavaliers had built an incredible community, but their visual identity no longer reflected where the club was going.

We worked with the club to create a flexible brand system that could work across matchday graphics, merchandise, sponsorship, digital marketing and social media.

The result was a more confident identity that stayed true to the club’s community roots while giving them the tools to present themselves at a bigger level.
